Refund policy
Return Policy:
Due to the consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on candy or food items.
If you have any concerns with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel. Be prepared to provide photos of the packing slip and the affected items to help us resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as candy and food), custom products, and gift cards.
Refund Eligibility:
Refunds exclude the original shipping costs, and return shipping is not covered by iWholesaleCandy.ca. Approved refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Damages and Issues:
If you receive damaged goods, please notify us within 5 business days of receipt, providing clear photos and a description of the issue. We will review the claim and, upon approval, issue a refund or replacement.
In cases where only part of a multi-item case is damaged, we will refund the portion corresponding to the damaged items rather than the entire case.
Please note that all damages must be reported within the specified timeframe, and refunds or replacements will be processed promptly upon verification.
Refund Process:
Once your return is reviewed and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Price Adjustments:
iWholesaleCandy.ca does not offer price adjustments on any orders.
