You can begin ordering with us right away. There is no lengthy approval process or account setup required.

We only accept and process orders directly via our website, so we cannot accept orders over the phone or via email.

The prices visible on the website are final, as they are the already discounted wholesale rates for our customers.

We do not have a separate price list or catalogue. The best representation of our current offerings can be seen directly on the website. If you are looking for guidance on MSRP, please get in touch with us directly.

Yes, your cart must reach a minimum subtotal of $150 to complete your purchase.

This is the minimum subtotal required to access the wholesale prices we offer. Please note that meeting the minimum does not qualify you for free shipping. It is strictly a minimum order requirement.

We offer a welcome discount to new customers who have subscribed to our newsletter and have not yet placed an order. There may also be discounts in our newsletters or sales on specific products.

We are not structured to offer tiered discounts, so any additional discounts may be discussed but are not guaranteed.

We do not accept credit with no exceptions and only accept payment in full prior to delivery.

We require prepayment for all orders. Payments can be made with all major credit cards, via PayPal, or through direct e-transfers if that works best for you.

We exclusively conduct our business online and our warehouse does not accommodate in-person shopping.

We do offer free local pick-up for Ontario residents. If you can personally collect your order from our warehouse, you may select this option at checkout. Please read your order confirmation carefully and await further instructions via email regarding your pickup time.

If you fail to pick up your order within the expected time period or wish to cancel after it has been processed and is ready for pickup, you will be subject to a restocking fee.

Shipping

We are located in Mississauga, Ontario. iWholesaleCandy ships all over Canada, to even the most remote areas, and to most of the USA as well.

We also ship to the UK, Europe, and beyond. If you are interested in international shipments elsewhere, please contact us and we can do our best to help.

At this time, we are unable to offer free shipping on all orders. For us to offer these products at affordable wholesale prices and ship to as many locations as we can, we do require that customers accept their own shipping fees.

Shipping rates are determined by your shipping address and total order weight, and are calculated directly on the website by our shipping providers.

We mainly use Canada Post for domestic shipments and PO Boxes, and UPS for larger orders with multiple packages. Depending on your area, you may also choose from Purolator, FedEx, or Canpar. For palletized orders, we use various LTL freight services.

We reserve the right to ship orders with the most suitable carrier based on address and order size. For international orders, we primarily use DHL.

International customers are welcome to use mail or freight forwarding services. Please get in touch with us before arranging these so we can work together on the best solution.

Your order needs to be processed (picked and packed), which may take 1 to 4 business days. This may vary based on product availability and order volume.

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Transit time varies depending on your location, and once a package leaves our facility, delivery timelines are in the hands of the carrier.

If there is any issue with your order, you will be notified so it can ship as soon as possible.

We take every precaution to carefully pack your order and protect the quality of all items. This includes heat protection during warmer months with insulation and ice packs for heat-sensitive products.

If you believe you have received damaged, missing, or incorrect products, please contact us within seven days of receiving your package. Send a picture of the enclosed packing slip and the full extent of any damage to receive a refund or partial refund.

For products that are defective due to manufacturer production, we cannot guarantee a remedy but you are welcome to let us know.

Returns

Due to the consumable nature of our products, we cannot allow returns or offer exchanges. We want to ensure our customers are satisfied, so please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

We cycle through inventory rapidly and follow a strict first-in-first-out procedure to ensure the longest possible shelf life for your business. Some items naturally have shorter shelf lives, including snack items, small-batch condiments, and imported candies that may spend time in transit.

If a product arrives expired or too close to code despite our best efforts, please contact us within seven days of receiving your package. Send a picture of the packing slip and the date printed on the item to receive a refund or partial refund.

Products purchased at a reduced price due to close expiration are not eligible for a refund. Products that arrive with ample shelf life and later expire are also not eligible.
