iWholesaleCandy.ca Shipping Policy
Order Requirements:
To place an order, you must have an account. Creating an account requires a name, email, and password. Orders must meet our minimum subtotal requirement of $150 CAD to proceed.
We cater exclusively to businesses requiring confectionery and snack items at wholesale prices. We do not accommodate purchases of individual items or quantities below the required minimums.
iWholesaleCandy.ca is intended for B2B purposes, and we recommend shipping to a business address where delivery can be received immediately. Once the package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are unable to take liability for any loss or theft.
Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 2-4 business days from Monday to Thursday. Friday is not considered a business day for order processing.
Shipping Destinations:
iWholesaleCandy.ca ships across Canada and most of the USA using Canada Post and UPS domestically, and DHL for international shipments. Additional carriers such as Purolator, FedEx, and Canpar may be used when necessary.
For USA customers, we recommend keeping individual orders under $1,000 CAD to facilitate smooth customs processing and minimize duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.
For inquiries about international shipping beyond Canada and the USA, please contact our team for assistance with potential import opportunities.
Shipping Costs:
At this time, iWholesaleCandy.ca does not offer free shipping. Shipping rates and taxes are calculated at checkout based on the chosen carrier, delivery location, and order weight and dimensions.
Any potential additional customs duties or fees incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
Pickup Option:
Customers may opt for local pickup from our warehouse facility by selecting the "Local Pickup" option at checkout if they wish to avoid payment of mandatory shipping fees. Pickup instructions will be provided once the order is processed. Pickup services are not meant to be used as a same-day shopping option, since pickup orders are still processed in queue with all other orders and therefore subject to the same processing time as shipped orders. Once your order is ready for pickup, it can no longer be refunded, if you wish to proceed with an order cancellation at this stage, then you will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. If orders are not picked up in a timely fashion once you have been repeatedly notified, then your order will be cancelled and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Shipping Methods:
We strive to ensure safe delivery; however, iWholesaleCandy.ca is not liable for any damages or delays that occur during transit. During warm weather months, we recommend selecting expedited shipping to prevent melting. We reserve the right to delay shipments over weekends to protect product quality and integrity. We reserve the right to ship products without outer case packaging if necessary should they be damaged or in a state that is unfit for transport. Shipping methods may change from time to time and are ultimately dependant on your shipping location.
Temperature Considerations:
While we take precautions to protect shipments, we do not accept responsibility for damage caused by extreme weather conditions. During warm weather months, we recommend selecting expedited shipping to prevent melting. We reserve the right to delay shipments over weekends to protect product quality and integrity.
Damaged or Lost Packages:
If your order is received damaged or defective, photographic evidence is required for us to investigate and resolve the issue. If the item has been discarded, we cannot offer assistance. We require notification of your dispute within 7 days of receipt of your order otherwise we will not be able to issue any applicable refunds.
For lost packages, please contact our Customer Service team. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue, but iWholesaleCandy.ca cannot be held responsible for orders marked as delivered.
iWholesaleCandy.ca Return Policy
Return Policy:
Due to the consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on candy or food items.
If you have any concerns with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order. Be prepared to provide photos of the packing slip and the affected items to help us resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as candy and food), custom products, and gift cards.
Refund Eligibility:
Refunds exclude the original shipping costs, and return shipping is not covered by iWholesaleCandy.ca. Approved refunds may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Damages and Issues:
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. Do not discard the product or packaging, as photographic evidence is required for evaluation. We will not issue a refund for damaged product unless the product is completely exposed and therefore potentially unsafe for consumption (open bags and dented boxes are not eligible for damage refunds). We will not be able to issue any applicable refund unless notified of the issue within 7 days of receipt of your order.
Refund Process:
Once your return is reviewed and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution. Refunds from e-transfer payments may take up to 15 business days to be processed.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact our Customer Service team.
Price Adjustments:
iWholesaleCandy.ca does not offer price adjustments on any products at any time.
