Returns/Exchanges

Due to the consumable nature of our products, we don’t offer exchanges or refunds on products shipped. We do guarantee that every package is carefully hand-packed in our store and shipped via Canada Post or UPS in order to maintain the high quality and integrity of our product, however, once it has left our facility, any issues occurring during the time of transit are not in our control.
If there is an issue with the state of your delivery, please do contact us and we will do what we can to make it right.
